Features on the Summary page of the watch app

Summary page on Apple Watch
After ending your workout with Gymaholic Apple Watch app, the app shows a summary with details of your workout. But this page is not solely for the summary. We added some features that you might need after each workout tracking. Check out what are these:

- Most importantly the Save button is at the bottom (see the last screenshot), use the crown to scroll the screen. Always save the log  to send the workout log to the History menu and to apply changes you might make (see next two features).

Summary page on Apple Watch

- 'Raise weights by' is the feature to increase weights in your workout automatically. Tap the box with the number and set a number (f.i. 10), then tap the next box to select % or lbs (so the app will raise the weight with 10% of the current or with 10lbs). Please note that only % can increase the time when you have time-based exercises (cardio, plank, etc.). Every time you need to increase the weight, set values before saving the workout, it has to be set after each workout otherwise the app doesn't raise weights.

Summary page on Apple Watch
- Sync workout back (back to your iPhone and the Workouts menu): When you edit your workout on the watch, you have two options. You might want to keep the changes and update the original workout, which is on your iPhone. In this case, leave the Sync option enabled. The app is automatically set to sync. But if you wish to stick with the original workout and the changes were used one-time only, disable sync. The app is set to enable this feature, so every time you want to discard your changes, disable Sync on the Summary page.

Set Heart Rate alerts on Apple Watch

Set your watch app to alert you when your heart rate is above or below your target. It is very useful while doing cardio exercises.

The app uses a haptic alert to notify you. You don't even have to look at the screen to know if you are in the preferred HR-zone. But you can effortlessly check the watch to see how high your HR is, because it turns red when it gets out of the zone you set.

How to know your target-zone?
You'll need your maximum heart rate and resting heart rate. This will help you determine your target zone, which might vary depending on your goal. There are many methods and online calculators. It is worth reading about it, then select the method that suits you the most.

- Select a workout in the Workouts menu
- Tap the action button (top-right corner)
- Select email/Air-Drop

How to share after version 5.8 (17.02.2017)
1. You can use the above mentioned menu, then select email/Air-Drop

AirDrop sends the attached file, in email some text and a link to our App Store page will be added. When the receiver taps our special file, the app opens the workout automatically. (The app must be installed first.)

Rename and duplicate workouts before version 5.8

The rename and duplicate feature is replaced (started from version 5.8, which was released on 17. Febr. 2017). In the new version you'll find them with many other options in the Workouts menu after tapping the '...' button at the workout.

The action button (green square with an arrow) hides some features.
You can rename and duplicate your workouts:
- Select a workout in the Workouts menu

- Select rename or duplicate

In the same menu you'll find the following features, too:
- Send to watch: it sends that selected workout to your watch. Using this feature adds the workout to your database on watch, without deleting previously sent workouts.
- Workout sharing option via iOS email app and AirDrop
